Shipping Policy

Effective date: January 1, 2026

Titan Forge Biosciences ships from temperature-controlled U.S. facilities. Lyophilized peptides and other thermally sensitive compounds are packed with desiccant and, where required, frozen gel packs and insulated liners.

1. Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed and handed to the carrier within 24–48 hours of confirmed payment, Monday through Friday excluding U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed after 12:00 PM ET on Friday typically ship the following Monday so that cold-chain shipments do not sit in transit over the weekend. Special-order or custom-synthesis items may require additional lead time, communicated at the time of order.

2. Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Standard ground: 2–5 business days, tracked, flat-rate where eligible.
  • 2-Day Air: recommended for cold-chain shipments to remote ZIP codes.
  • Overnight: available at checkout for time-critical orders.

Free standard shipping is available on qualifying orders above the threshold displayed at checkout. Hawaii, Alaska, and U.S. territories may require additional transit time.

3. International Shipping

International orders are evaluated case-by-case. Before placing an order, contact support@titanforgebio.com with your destination country, intended materials, and the receiving institution. You are responsible for confirming that each item is legal to import to your jurisdiction and for any permits, duties, taxes, or customs documentation. We are not liable for shipments seized, delayed, or destroyed by customs.

4. Cold-Chain Handling

Lyophilized products are shipped desiccated and stable at ambient temperatures for the duration of standard transit. For liquid or reconstituted materials, we pack with frozen gel packs and insulated liners and prefer overnight or 2-day service. Upon receipt, transfer products to the storage conditions printed on the label (typically -20°C, protected from light and moisture) as soon as possible.

5. Tracking and Delivery

A tracking number is emailed when your label is generated. Risk of loss and title pass to you upon our delivery to the carrier. Please ensure someone is available to receive cold-chain shipments; we recommend specifying a delivery address that is attended during business hours.

6. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

Report any damaged, missing, or undelivered shipment within 48 hours of the carrier's delivery confirmation by emailing support@titanforgebio.com with your order number, batch number, and photos of the outer packaging and contents. We handle all carrier claims on your behalf. Refund and replacement details are in our Refund Policy.

7. Address Changes and Re-Routes

Address changes can be accommodated only before an order enters the packing queue. Once a label is generated, the carrier controls re-route options and additional fees may apply.

8. Restrictions

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders to destinations where shipment of a particular Product is prohibited or impractical, or where research-use verification cannot be completed.
